By submitting to us, you agree to us:
- You own copyright to the articles you submit to ArticlesInAClick.com – You may not submit articles that are written by other writers. No rebranded articles are allowed. Article written by hired ghostwriters are accepted on the condition that you are the sole author for the articles. You will be held liable for any form of copyright infringements that arise from the content you added to this site.
- You grant us the right to publish your articles – We may publish your article anywhere on our website, blog, or syndicate through RSS. We may also change where it appears, including the category, at any time.
- You grant publishers the right to publish your articles – Other ArticlesInAClick users have the right to publish your articles on their websites, newsletters, ezines, or more on the condition that your article is left in the original state. This includes the resource box which credits you as the author of the content.
- You grant us the right to reject your submitted article – By submitting your articles to ArticlesInAClick, it does not guarantee we will accept your submission. We reserve the right to reject an article submission for any reason, including use of offensive languages or any form of sexual references.
- We cannot guarantee article directories you submit to using ArticlesInAClick will accept your submitted articles – We do not have control over the article sites that Article Submit Auto submits to. If you violate any submission guidelines of the article sites, they may reject your article without notice. It is your duty to adhere to their Author's Guidelines or Terms of Service to ensure your articles are accepted upon review.
- We will not be held liable for any form of damages, financial compensation or injuries that arise from the use of ArticlesInAClick or Article Submit Auto – You will not receive compensation from ArticlesInAClick.com or the users of our directory for articles you submit.
